Tips for choosing the right oven
(1) Choose the right capacity. Are you cooking for a big or small family? How much roasting do you do everyday?
(2) Choose the type of oven that is easy to clean and maintain.
(3) Choose an oven that has a window in the front panel so you can watch easily the condition of your cooking.
(4) An auto-timer is important if you're seldom in the kitchen, and may forget that you have something in the oven.
(5) Heat the oven for about 10 minutes until it reaches the desired temperature before using.
(6) Check on the temperature often by placing a temperature measuring device at the center of the oven. Heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. If the measurement differs, it could mean the oven has a leakage and needs to be serviced.
