Perfuming the Wardrobe
(1) Wrap some lime peel in a piece of cloth and place it in the the wardrobe. You can tie a ribbon around it to make it pretty.
(2) Place a pandan leaf or two in the wardrobe.
Tight drawers
Remove the drawers and use a burnt candle to wax at the side-bottoms, or at the rails
if any.
Polishing old furniture
(1) Soak a clean, soft cloth in 1 liter water that has been added with 2 tablespoons vinegar. Squeeze, then use it to wipe
furniture.
(2) Use coconut oil to polish the furniture.
Cleaning mirror with chalk Soak 5 -6
blackboard chalk in water. Let the chalks dissolve, then use a sponge to
soak in the water and clean mirrors with.
Let the chalk dry, then re-sponge or use a clean cloth to wipe chalk residue off mirrors.
