There is a item known as Prelief that operates for heartburn. You can discover it at Publix. Or, attempt vinegar just a little. It actually neutralizes your PH. I know it sounds weird, but it genuinely functions.

Mint tea does the trick for me
Apple juice works really well also a teaspoon of mustard can help mild heartburn. If it’s severe and happens quite often go see your dr. it could be a symptom of an underlying problem but if you can’t do that Prilosec over the counter works really well if taken daily Good Luck
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda in about 6 ounces of water and drink.
A spoonful of apple cider vinegar will fix it in a snap.
